Yoga Scotland provide a range of courses delivered by highly qualified and experienced tutors that are designed to offer something to all practitioners of yoga. You may be relatively new to yoga and wish to deepen your understanding and practice through our Foundation or Living Yoga courses; perhaps you wish to train to be a yoga teacher and communicate your love for yoga to others through our Teacher Training course.

Yoga Scotland acknowledges its commitment to promote and deliver a greater understanding of yoga bound in yoga’s roots. Through inclusive, accessible, safe and equitable practice our courses are designed to encourage all to explore their practice; deepening it by experience, education, discussion, study and training.

It is often said that once you qualify as a yoga teacher, the learning really begins. This is why we feel it is important to provide a varied programme of ongoing training for teachers; not only to ensure teaching knowledge is current and up to date, but to nourish the teacher and their personal practice.
