‘Excellent quality of education provided by a partner. They clearly strive to raise the standards of yoga tuition…’ Excerpt from CIMSPA educational partner review ‘

CIMSPA is the professional development body for the UK’s sport and physical activity sector, committed to supporting, developing and enabling professionals and organisations to succeed and, as a result, inspire our nation to become more active.

CIMSPA Training Provider Partners are part of CIMSPA’s sector-wide engagement involving over 300 Employer Partners, Awarding Organisations, and Higher Education Partners. A CIMSPA training provider partnership gives providers an opportunity to have their education and training reviewed against professional standards in the sport, fitness, leisure, and physical activity sector. To be recognised in this category distinguishes Yoga Scotland as a quality-assured and endorsed yoga training organisation.

For 50+ years, Yoga Scotland has provided transformational educational programmes throughout Scotland. For prospective yoga teachers, our diploma-level teacher training awards graduates with the highest achievable qualification for yoga teachers. Our Foundation Yoga and Living Yoga courses offer students a pathway to further deepen their practice and knowledge and are often used as a precursor to teacher training.

We are one of the UK’s most experienced yoga training providers, offering learning opportunities for everyone eager to discover more about yoga. We’ve trained thousands of yoga lovers and teachers and have developed a range of time-tested, comprehensive training programmes which honour the ancient traditions of yoga.

We are currently accepting applications for our courses commencing September 2024.
