Event Details

Any chronic painful issue is debilitating, energy zapping and compromises the immune system. They can be addressed by stimulating our own healing response to bring us back into balance and pain-free movement. With the latest research on conditions such as chronic low back pain, frozen shoulder, post-operative pain, tendinopathy, scar tissue and bad postural patterns to name a few, restoring homeostasis is possible. A fresh look at fibromyalgia and stress-related conditions such as anxiety, depression and PTSD are also included in this workshop
